I need help. I can get the open dmx box working with Madrix but not communicating with my 16 channel controller via cat5 communication cable. Have 16 channel controller from Animated Lighting

please provide more detailed informations about the hardware you use.
Manufacturer, model and protocol (DMX, Art-Net?)
and how you try to control with MADRIX.
