Madrix Performance Issues

We are having numerous Madrix performance issues. Here are the system specifications for reference:
Windows 7 PC w/ Intel i7 - 4770K 3.5GHz CPU
16GB RAM
Intel GeForce GTX 960
330 - Color Kinetics iColor MX Accent Powercore (13,200 pixels)
System is 2D and laid out in a matrix 55x880x1
We are sending KiNet directly to the Color Kinetics.
Here are the symptoms:
[*]Some cues max out the CPU as soon as they are selected from the storage.
[*]Madrix "looses" devices from time to dime during operation. The only resolution we've found is to redo device detection which will be unacceptable come showtime.
[*]Occasionally fixture will just snap to all white for a brief moment at random.
[*]Randomly cues will become "jerky" even if the cue isn't maxing out the CPU cycles
I spoke with Christian yesterday and we made some tweaks but we are still experiencing all the problems above. We have tried this on three different machines the issues are the same on all three.
Any advice would be tremendously appreciated.
