Capturing HDMI signal from Blackmagic card

Just trying to set up video capture, and I'm wondering if I've overlooked a setting somewhere?
- Blackmagic Decklink Mini Recorder, taking an HDMI input at 1920x1080 @ 30fps.
- Blackmagic software sees the incoming signal just fine, so does Resolume.
- When I load SCE_capture to take the signal into Madrix, it sees the Blackmagic card as a source option, but isn't reading the input. Madrix shows me a host of options for signal format, none of which include anything at 30fps. I've tried the different signal options and so far nothing.
Is there a setting I've overlooked, or something I'm not seeing about this configuration?
Thanks!

Hi!
.
Which Blackmagic software have you been using?
.
We have an upcoming tutorial using a Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro 4K I could look at and it contains the following hints:
- The Blackmagic Desktop Video Utility is used to confirm video input and the video input resolution.
- In SCE Capture, Blackmagic WDM Capture us set as source
- Then, the cog wheel is clicked to open the configuration (SourceFilter Properties)
- There, in the Video Format tab 'Override Video Mode' is enabled; Display Mode and Pixel Format are chosen as set and seen the in the Blackmagic Desktop Video Utility
- At last, you would have to switch to another Storage Place number in MADRIX first and come back to your previously selected one before MADRIX receives the input signal.
.
Does that help?

I'll try these, thank you!
I am using the latest non-beta version of Desktop Video, 10.5.2.
I am curious why Resolume can see the correct resolution and frame-rate coming from the Blackmagic card (in this case it is 1920x1080 @ 30 fps) but Madrix sees every framerate except 30fps.
That is, Madrix sees 23.98, 24, 50, 60 etc., but does not show me any options for 30fps?
When using Resolume, the captured video signal is not displayed if I have the correct resolution but an incorrect framerate.
Thanks!

Yes, please do test and report back!
.
MADRIX uses the universally compatible WDM driver model, which Blackmagic Design says to support with DeckLink products. Resolume might have chosen to integrate the provided software developer kit. Both ways may provide a different set of features as defined by Blackmagic Design.
