I am trying to use Madrix to control Philips Hue Bulbs but Madrix will not recognize my Generation 2 HUE hub. I have verified that the computer running Madrix and the Hue Hub are on the same network. When I launch Madrix I can see in the status bar on the bottom of the program that Madrix is scanning the network for devices. At one point I see that it has found the I.P. address of the HUE Hub but there is a statement at the beginning of the line. "ignore: IP 192.168.1.44(the Hue IP). Any help would be appreciated.

For a detailed issue analysis we are in need of a MADRIX logfile. Can you please send a logfile to info[at]madrix[dot]com

To save the logfile please perform the following steps:
1.) Connect the Hue Bridge to the MADRIX PC
2.) Try to find and authorize the bridge like described in the following link:

3.) In MADRIX, go to "Tools > Logfile", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the Logfile.

We found the reason of the explained issue.
This issue should be fixed with one of the next software updates and you can use "Philips - Hue" lights generation 2.

I just downloaded 3.6c and it seems there has been some progress. Madrix will now find my Hue Gen 2 Bridge but it will not authorize the Bridge. I will send the Log File to the above listed address. I am aware that this will be fixed in version 3.7.

We found the bug. The bugfix will be available in the next release of MADRIX.
