An integrated audio low pass filter would help to just react on sub frequencies.

At the moment you could use an additional EQ software. This software will also analyse and transform the input audio data. Please search for EQ software in the internet.

Also some of the MADRIX M2L effects (like the "M2L Drops" or the "M2L Shapes") have a tone range slider. With the help of this slider you can also create a kind of band pass and thus a low pass for this effects. When you now combine this efects with one of your desired effects, maybe you will get already the desired result.
