Hi dieter,
thx for your post.
Of cource we can change the default settings to matrix and strech as like as you describe above, because i think in the most cases videos are used as content source for stylistic effects and in this cases this settings makes the most sense.
But on the other hand i think in the future MADRIX has to provide the possibility to set up the default values for each stock effect.

I tested it.
It's great
thanks of help
Another questions to the video effect:
first:
In the Beta2 don't running the new master of speed to scrolling in the movie, it's that allright? or comming soon in v2.5?
second:
You rename the ScrollSpeed to BpmSpeed, why? It's the same functionality, or not? To my mind the name scrollspeed it's better to understand this feature.

Hi dieter,
.
first thanks for testing with beta and reporting us, this is very usefull!
.
Yes you are right.
In the moment the speedmaster takes no effect to the video effect.
This is because we have to implement the backward playing of videos because of the possible negativ values of our speedmaster
In a future release we will make up this feature.
.
To your secound question.
We renamed the speed in each effect to bpm because of several reasons.
First to be uniform in all effects.
Secondly to have the same unit in all effects for speed.
We choose bpm because of the tab button which a lot of user known from other applications.
But, with the implementation for the speedmaster support we will have two speedvalues as like as in SCE Bitmap effect, i think in this moment the case will be clear.
