I have 6 Chauvet Color palette Light fixtures and Im having trouble getting the effect to show correctly.
I have them positioned side by side horizontally in 27 channel mode and when I run an effect left to right or right to left it seems the top and bottom segments are out of sync with each other. It appears that either the top or bottom segments are delayed causing it to look staggered. I looked at the fixture in the Fixture editor and everything looked ok. Do I have a setting wrong?

sounds strange, we used 18 Chauvet Color palette Light fixtures at our booth to the LDI 2007 in Orlando where they works very well. (You can see it inside our gallery/videos LDI2007)

So please answer us some questions so we can figure out whats happen.

1. What kind of MADRIX you use (NEO, start, basic...) ?
2. Which kind of interface (DMX/ArtNet)
3. What is your computer configuration (CPU, RAM, Operating System)

Please open the TaskWatcher form MADRIX (just hit the F5 key)
and take a look what the interface frequency, the values for the Mixer Frames and the DMX-Controller Frames says.

Beside this it will be a good idea if you send us your logfile (just hit the F6 key)
