SMPTE timecode

I have connected my madrix laptop with another laptop through cable stereo jack to usb to receive SMPTE but when I play music on another laptop my madrix laptop don't read SMPTE timecode.

When you want to receive the SMPTE timecode in MADRIX, you will need to use the MMADRIX USB SMPTE interface which you can connect easily via USB to your PC:

Furthermore the used audio track must also have a SMPTE track included. This SMPTE track is normally located on an additional channel and the used audio player must be able to playback it.
