Madrix 3 Crashing

I'm using madrix 3 for a LED video wall and it keeps crashing when I try to save a new setup it does this randomly please help

To analyze the occured problem we are in need of some more information. Can you please send us the following information via e-mail to info[at]madrix[dot]com?
We need:
- A MADRIX logfile when the KEY is connected.
- A saved MADRIX setup file. If it is possible please send us a non corrupt one
- What is the Matrix Size of your project?
