What should be the best processor, ram, video card for Madrix 5?
What are the suggested features?

Welcome to the MADRIX forum.
The system requirement for MADRIX is highly dependent on the used MADRIX license respectively the size of the MADRIX patch. Because the bigger the MADRIX patch the more PC performance you will need.
If you can share some more details about your project respectively the desired patch size in MADRIX , we can send you some more recommendations about the PC system.
In general MADRIX is calculating the effects at the CPU. Of course the craphic card will be used to display the effects at the previews. Under the following link you will find more information about the minimum system requirements for MADRIX 5:

If that helps, my laptop has a Ryzen 7 3750H CPU, 8GB of RAM and a GeForce RTX 2060 graph card, and Madrix 5 works just fine.
But I acknowledge that it's an expensive computer, and it's not something that's always affordable, I only got mine due to a bonus at work and a special sale at the electronics shop.
