Hello,

I have reactivated my Madrix software after a long time. My last version is 2.14d which still works with my USB dongle and Eurolite T9. However, Madrix 5 does not recognize this dongle anymore. The dongle is a WibuKey DVI version from 2011 approximately.

Is there a way to upgrade it to work with the new Madrix 5 version?

Hi Nico,

No sorry, MADRIX 2 KEYs only enable the data output for MADRIX 2. If you want to update from MADRIX 2 to MADRIX 5, a new metallic MADRIX KEY and a MADRIX 5 Software Update is required. You will get a special price if you purchase a MADRIX 5 software update, which is normally half the cost of a "new" MADRIX 5 license.
