Universe 1 -Missing LED 1-4 on Universe 1????

Hello,
Im missing my first 4 -RGB leds when im playing my cues. When I highlight them in the Patch Editor there black. When I highlight led 5 and on everything is fine?
Patch list shows the leds 1-4 3 ch each are there .
Please help:)

Hi jad,
Please check if there are one (or more) faders activated in the "DMX Fader Tool". If yes, deactivate all active faders.
You will find the "DMX Fader Tool" via "Tools" > "DMX Fader Tool....".
Does that solve the issue?

Thank you for the help it totally worked!!! This has been bugging me a lot. Quick fix!

Great!
Please note that this is the normal behavior of the DMX Fader Tool:
- The DMX Fader Tool will overwrite any DMX data that is regularly sent to your LEDs by MADRIX 5.
- That means the Main Output will be overwritten on the particular channels (LTP mode).
- This tool/feature can be used for example to test your fixtures or devices like a hazer.
