Timer Issue

Hello, I have a few Aura’s installed on different projects.
I have one Aura that is using the Timer to schedule functions.
I did watch the Madrix You Tube tutorials on the Aura.
I have all the settings for location and time set and is verified by the calculated sunrise/sunset indicated in the Aura as well as the coordinates show correctly in Google Maps.
I have 2 timers active, one for Stop at sunrise and play Cue 4 at sunset. The time comes and goes and the scheduled functions never happens. I even tried the event start time to a specific time. Still no result. The log files do not indicate the functions occurred as well.
Additionally I am accessing the Aura remotely over the internet as, it is installed in another state. Occasionally the Aura needs to be powered cycled to reset the connection to the Aura.
Any advise?
