RADAR with remote database

Hola MADRIX
We plan to build Radar and Stella into a project in a building and have the SQL data stored in a database at our ISP and have a few questions about this.
1.)
Is it possible to run a second RADAR in our company on the same database of our ISP to have an overview of the RDM devices just for display.
We would like to configure this as read only. Would this be possible in RADAR or should we configure it in the database?
2.)
Our current ISP does not offer a PSQL database.
We have there to choose from
* Microsoft Access Database
* MySQL
* MariaDB
Is it possible to configure RADAR for one of these databases.
3.)
Are there any other things we should consider when using the database of our ISP. e.g. TTL timing, security layers, etc.?
Regards Gómez
