Hello there !

I installed MADRIX 5.7d software for my last installation, with a dongle key license for 128 universes.
I use a APC40 mkII to remote Madrix.

When I hold MAIN OUTPUT STROBE (BANK button) with STROBE SPEED (E10 knob), it's work very well. But sometime when I release the button, all my feature stay full white. I must press button again to fix the bug (or go to desk B with the fader, and back to Desk A).

Do you know this problem ? How to fix it definitively ? Are you going to fix it for the next version of Madrix ?

I tried to reproduce the explained problem but wasn't able to.

Can you please double check at your setup if MADRIX is always receiving the "Note Off" command from the connected "Akai - APC 40 mk II". That means always when you release the "Bank" button, a "Note Off" command needs to be received. Otherwise the strobe will be active.

To analyze it please open the desired setup, navigate in MADRIX to "Preferences > Device Manager" and activte the MIDI tab. Please enable the "Watch" for the "Akai - APC 40 mk II".

After activating "Watch" you can directly open the MADRIX "MIDI Watcher" via the "Monitor" button or close the "Device Manager" and navigate to "Tools > MIDI Watcher".

In the "MIDI Watcher" all received commands from the "Skai - APC 40 mk II" are displayed.
