Hi , i apologize if this is not the right place to ask but i need help...!

I buyed last october 2011 a curtain from Starvisionled 3x2m p9 and when i ordered i asked for the Pc connect version with software but they send me the wrong no Pc connect and no software version...
Im dealing with this problem since that and i dont get a swap for the controller .. i need to make my own effects and text messages but i need a software to make that .
I wonder if Madrix will do it?
My controller has DMX in and out and also a SD card to store the programs,
i dont care if at least can make the effects and text messages on the computer with software and than transfer to the sd card.... they use and extension .bin

Hope someone can give me a help.

I am sorry to hear about all those problems!

Can you please send an e-mail to info(at)madrix.com?
Please list all possible details you can find about your curtain and the controller. We need as much information as possible!
After that, we can check if MADRIX could be the right product for you.
At least, I can tell you that you will not be able to store programs on the SD card. But maybe we can controll it via DMX.

For everyone's information, we continued the discussion by e-mail and from what we could gather, that particular controller does not seem to be compatible with MADRIX.

We have a perfect solution for the led vision curtain compatible the Madrix.
