Referring to the subject above i need some advice on setting up my LED Tubes.I would like to seek advice as i'm running on MADRIX NEO and the tubes are only limited to 6 tubes whereas my panel has more tubes so you can say its only lighted up in partial areas.I hope to get my answers as soon as possible so that i can get these to working in order once again.THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

Of course we will try to help you. Can you please which tubes, which panels, and how many you would like to use?

Also, please check the Matrix Generator. Are your fixtures (tubes and panels) available from the list and configured correctly? If not that could be part of the problem. Learn more: http://help.madrix.com/hidd_matrix_generator.html
