good evening
I have a problem with my Madrix Key Start 1 universe 512
With my old PC under Windows XP 32-bit, it works.
I bought a new pc with windows 8.1, which is about 64-bit and there it does not work. I do not understand why.
I downloaded the drivers that I installed but wibu-box/ru told me that the drivers are not installed. I tried the automatic search of the computer but no solutions except consult the manufacturer.
Would you have a solution?
I also have 3 interface Madrix neo and they work very durable, as well as on the old PC to the new

Normaly the MADRIX Key driver will be installed onto the system during the installation process of the MADRIX software and the installer take care about 32bit or 64bit. Did you get any error messages during this process?

If you installed the driver by hand did you choose the 64bit version?

No, I have no error message.
I have 4 worlds with 3 Madrix Neo interface and one with the universe Madrix Key Start accompanied by Enttec Pro interface.
On my old PC running XP, all the universe work just interference problems due to the usb port 2 saturated.
On my mac via parellel Deskstop under Windows 8 Realese, it works flawlessly.
On my new PC under Windows 8.1, only 3 universe are taken into account and not on the 4th Madrix 2, and only 2 universe are taken into account and not on the 3rd and 4th Madrix 3.
I downloaded the latest versions of Madrix 2 and 3 Madrix.
So I do not know what to do
When I test my interfaces in "Device Manager" to highlight the device, it recognize each universe well. By cons in the previews and in reality things do not go the 1st world pass but not all

The office is open at 6th January again, than we will take a look onto your logfile.
Don´t forget to link this thread to the email so the support have an idea what the logfile is for.
