I would like to know if the lights would only turn on with Madrix only..

I'm at a nightclub where the program was running fine, but now the lights won't turn on for the bar or the dance floor and i have no idea whats the problem if its the program or something else. When i toy around with the program following youtube tutorials theres no sign of the lights even turnning on one bit, I have no idea what to do pleasee help!!

No expert here, but it sounds like you have a hardware problem. Did you put in a support request? They read the forums, so maybe you will get a reply soon. I believe that the reply will be that you need to provide more information. Just not enough to go on here.
