Madrix no start

maybe you can help me, i got an enttec open with vista, the software no starts with the interfase connected, i need disconnect it to starts the madrix, maybe i doing some bad

Which kind of MADRIX license you use (start, basic or pro)?
and which version you have installed?

Works the ENTTEC interface after starting MADRIX and plug in the interface?
