Madrix 5 No Key Error
hi,
I am facing difficulty to run the Madrix 5 software, there is already a Madrix key, but it is not getting recognized by the software, below is the video to show the error.

kindly support me, and if the key has been damaged or something else would be the problem?

Welcome to the MADRIX forum.
Please perform a MADRIX KEY firmware update. Therefor please navigate in MADRIX 5 to "Help > MADRIX KEY > Update MADRIX KEY Firmware".
If the firmware update will not solve the issue, please send us a MADRIX 5 logfile when the KEY is connected via e-mail to info[at]madrix.com
To save the logfile please navigate in MADRIX to "Tools > Logfile", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the Logfile.
