Strangely enough, I am still unable to identify problem with LightJockey on or off. Sometimes both programs go along just fine, sometimes not. I will continue experimenting.
However I was able to identify another problem, totally unexpected to me.
With the PC configuration the dealer has sold to the owner of the club a set of Wireless keyboard and a mouse, which both connect via a single receiver. The unit is connected to one USB port and seems to be causing a whole lot of problems with the PC, Madrix and LightJockey performance...
The model of the set is HAMA RF2200. Just for your information.
I am now running another wireless mouse and keyboard, but they are both from different manifactureres and with separate receivers. So for now some of the problems are fading (I had a terrible random blitz frame rate visible on the devices, now I dont).
Sadly the experiments continue
