Madrix can actually use the LOR hardware adapter to output DMX (discovered this by accident, had not configured Madrix yet and it did grab the LOR adapter and all the sudden the LOR controllers started lighting up).
Interestingly enough, the show up as "FTDI - ENTTEC - DMX USB" in the device manager of Madrix.
Besides that - the other posts are correct, the LOR controller can accept DMX and if the unit ID's on the LOR controllers are subsequent, you can simply use a single Universe and count up from 1...
