I have tried to answer the NEO issue above: The message says that you are using more fixtures than your NEO has the license for (15 Universes compared to 1 Universe license). If you are certain that is not the case, simply dismiss the message. It may be just outdated.
And yes, the HTP issue is a bug. It is not just with the NEO, it is with the MADRIX software.
A fix can take quite a while (weeks/months) since a full software update needs to be released.
Please let us know if you would need an urgent fix. Thank you!

I'd love an urgent fix. Is there an earlier version that does not seem to show the bug? I have no problem using an earlier version. I thought I would have been using your software months ago, it took me awhile to get online to ask about it, I was sure it was a mistake on my end- human error. As it stands I am kinda just waiting in limbo. I have empathy for you guys as obviously this was an unforeseen error. I will bend over backwards to help find a solution. Basically, I have had to tell my clients that I have overstated my abilities.

Oh, that's really not good!
We will try to come up with a quick solution and I will keep you updated!
Meanwhile, you might want to test MADRIX 2.11. I ran a quick test and it seems to be working as you would require in your case. But we are somewhat hesitant to really recommend it. Here is why:
- A lot of bugfixes have been implemented since then. This version might have its own issues.
- A lot of new features and improvements have been implemented since then.
- This version cannot use your current Setup File. You would need to create a new show.
- You would probably have to create the fixture again (make sure to backup your current madrix.mfl file!)
... Or I can help you with the new show file and fixture profiles.
If you want to download it, please use this link:

Ahha! Thank you so much. MADRIX 2.11 is working for me.
This will work great, as I can continue programming my shows in my dmxsoftware to trigger MADRIX and later update to the new version when it comes out. I know I will have to do some rebuilding/programming then, but that is no problem. I can also do my client demos now. No bugs are getting in my way as of now. You have saved my butt, THANKS!

Curious if this issue is being addressed in the next update, and when that may be available. Thanks so much!

Yes, the next update will definitively address this issue! Unfortunately, we have no release date yet. I'll update this topic once that changes. Thank you!

We have just released MADRIX 2.14b which should fix the issue.
Thanks!

Worked Great for awhile.
I built a new computer to run my shows,
Worked like a charm until I uninstalled a networking USB dongle.
Now I cannot get Art-net to come thru.
I know it's human error, so I spent hours and hours here and there trying everything I can think of.
Here is a log dump...
It sees DMXCONTROL, but will not let it flow through... it used to...
