Cyrillic support Madrix 3.2
I discovered folowing problem with SCE Ticker Scrolling Text
If some word on cyrillic text are displayed correctly . Till "leave" storage place . When return to storage place with SCE Ticker all cyrillic chars are converted to ????.

For me to when patch are 2d / only one layer/.
Only solution that i find are to make patch 2 layers.
