Limitations of NEO licence?

Limitations of NEO licence?
I bought a NEO and am using ArtNET to talk to 256 RGB megabrite LED modules and about 400 ws2811 lights.
I can set up as many pixels as I want in the patch editor but it only seems to be showing me the first 170 lights (or so) in the preview screen. Is the DMX limit for ArtNet also 512? Or is that purely for DMX devices?
Do I need to buy a different dongle to be able to talk to all of these lights properly? Or can I upgrade the licence on the Neo?
Thank you!

Re: Limitations of NEO licence?
Hello veteze,
.
The MADRIX NEO includes a MADRIX license for 512 DMX channels one DMX universe). In one DMX universe you can add 170 RGB pixels. If you want to control more than 170 RGB pixels via DMX or Art-Net you will need an additional MADRIX KEY or MADRIX interface to unlock more DMX universes.
