Reaction to Capture
Awesome new features in 5.5.
I have a job that is coming up that the client wants to have a camera above a corridor with a matrix on the ceiling. As someone walks underneath they want the effect to react to the person walking through a bit like a vapour trail behind the person.
I've managed to work out the camera and some effects that scroll up but the problem is the camera image is very defined with solid edges. Is there a way to soften the edges other than using the gaussian blur. I've still got a very defined shape and want to soften it up or use an external program to add the trail to the video feed.
Anyone got any ideas?

Hello webcentrik,
If the provided Blur effect of the Effect Filter in MADRIX is not sufficent to soften the edges of the received camera image, you will need to use an additional software which will edit the camara image first.
