Assign MIDI to BPM Tap
Assign MIDI to BPM Tap
I've seen a few previous posts on this but not for a few years.
Is there any way to assign a MIDI command to the Tap button of the BPM parameter of an effect? Whether through script or elsewhere?
Cheers!

Hello,
I would also be interested in this information. I think it's doable by script, but without a little help, I can't do it.

Re: Assign MIDI to BPM Tap
Hey guys,
At the moment there is no native function to assign a MIDI or DMX command to the tap button of the MADRIX effects.
But you will be able to emulate the tap functionality via the MADRIX script language. If you need help to create such a macro or the already created macro, please send us an e-mail to info[at]madrix[dot]com

Re: Assign MIDI to BPM Tap
This is my next project
Sync all Light Programs with one control signal.
If possible, maybe direct from the Pioneer equipment / mixers
If everything works fine, we can use it in the future for all programs with syncing beat between all programs.
I am in contact with several companys to realize a global BPM Tap in the future.
