Madrix Crashing
Hi,
We have been running Madrix 5 for the past few months with no problems.
I have found now from last Saturday night the program has been crashing for no apparent reason.
Some times every 30 minutes other times just once in an evening and other days not at all.
The program is running the same Cue lists as before and are all automated
It is running the Ultimate version 5.5c (5.5.3.150) 64 Bit
12th Gen i5 2.5Ghz, 16Gb RAM
Windows 10 Pro ver 21H2 build 19044.2251
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H2
Installed on 2022/07/23
OS build 19044.2251
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0
Any Ideas ?
Thank you

Re: Madrix Crashing
Hello djpeterlewis,
In the first moment it sound like a PC performance problem. So please doubke check the follwing points:
- Temperatur of CPU, GPU and so on
- RAM if there are damaged areas on it.
- perform a stresstest of the GPU and CPU
For all these tests are different tools available in the internet.
If there is no issue dedected, please send the MADRIX setup and logfile via e-mail to info[at]madrix[dot]com
