Problem with Enttec?
Hello,
I solved the problem with the madrix key , but now the Enttec USB is thing still not comunicating with the panel.
To the Hardware:
2x Designgroup 8x8 300P (LED Panel)
Enntec USB (but its integrated in the computer and comunicates with an RJ45)
We bought that as a hole bundle and so it's really hard for me to find the failure.
The 2 Panels are the only light in our local so we need it to be fixe till thursday. So we would be really happy if somebody has a idea how to fix our problem.
P.S.: wit the LedStudio i'm able to connet to the LED-Panel

The designgroup panels are dvi controled, isn't it? Therefor it works with LEDstudio. The enttec usb is not useable for ontroling this designgroup LED's but you can use it for dmx input or MADRIX.
For controling the designgroup panels you have to use the dvi previews fom MADRIX, please read the MADRIX manual about this.

I found it in the manuel how to set the settings and finanlly the led`s are working again!
