How to sync audio and video with MADRIX 5?

I am using MADRIX 5 to create a LED light show for a music video. I have imported the audio and video files into MADRIX 5, and I have mapped the LEDs to the video using the Video Effect. However, I have noticed that the audio and video are not in sync, and there is a noticeable delay between them. I have tried to adjust the audio latency and the video frame rate in the MADRIX 5 settings, but I could not find a way to sync them perfectly. Is there a way to sync the audio and video with MADRIX 5, or do I need to use another software or hardware?
