Two Stella's network and Dmx over usb
Hello people,
I am new to Madrix.
Recently I bought 2 pieces of Madrix Stella and Madrix 5 with Entry license in order to control 4 universes of rgbw wallwashers.
My cuestion is how to set up the network to be able to control the 4 universes over usb connection to my laptop (Lenovo without rj45 Lan ).
I try to daisychain the 2 Stella with Cat5 rj45 cable and connect to the laptop via usb ,but the Madrix 5 only show the first stela which is directly connected with the usb to the pc,the second one is not listed.

Re: Two Stella's network and Dmx over usb
Hello Y_Yanev,
Welcome to the MADRIX forum.
In the explained scenario it is not possible to find the STELLA which is conencted via network. Because the USB connected STELLA has no optioin to route the data from the network through.
That means you will now have 2 possibilities:
1.) Connect both STELLAs via USB. It is possible to use a USB Hub. But to ensure the power is sufficent we recommend to use an active USB Hub.
2.) Connect both STELLAs via Ethernet. The STELLAs have unique IP-Addresses and working in the 10.X.X.X IP-Address range by default. That means the used PC network interface needs also be connected to work in the 10.X.X.X IP-Address range.
