my madrix is not following the colors patern

Hello, i have a dance led floor and it is made by 20 squares connected, the funny thing is that when I put in the madrix to put the whole dance floor in one color, for one reason the last dance floor piece that was connected is getting a different color. i have tried connecting only 2 pieces of the dance floor and it is happening the same, the tail ( not the one that is connected to the madrix directly and because is the last piece is not following the pattern I am asking.
Please help me !

if it is dmx control check the dmx start channel of the led ficture which have the wrong color.
