Different video's in 1 cue

I am working on a project where I need different video's in the same cue. The video's need to start at exact the same time, but there is a delay. It looks like the software starts each video after each. So there is a little delay between the video's.

Does anybody now how I can start different video's at exactly the same time?

I had the same problem before, even I cut the second video clip 2" still have a delay!
