I have a tap button for SCE effect strobe to set the pulse frequency

than you also can add a "Blind" Button.
Actually you can just put everything to 100% if you add 2 Midi Buttons with "Master" and invert it

sorry i do not understand what you have in mind.
You have a blind button for each layer and you have a black button for the master.
I gues you mean something different because this thread is about the SCE Pulse Effect, so please told me what you like to say.
