setting up matrix with ledwalker's digital bar
hello exert.
i am setting up 250 digital bars in the club.
i have 5 different section with different amount of the bars.
bars are set up horizonally
1. 4 rows * 15 columns = 60 bars
2. 2 rows * 16 columns = 32 bars
3. 1 rows * 20 columns = 20 bars
4. 2 rows * 20 columns = 40 bars
5. 5 rows * 20 columns = 100 bars
i am running madrix pro w/ 4* ledwalker's U8
how do i set the x y values in matrix setting?

Hi!
To set up different sections, I would recommend using the "Patch". In MADRIX, go to "Preferences" -> "Patch".
Setting this up with the Matrix Generator is not the best way.
In the Patch, use "Add" to include the 5 different sections. A new window that looks liek the Matrix Generator will open and you can configure each section individually. Make sure to use the correct "Start Position X" and "Y"!
The Patch is an advanced tool, but is easy to use after a short while. Please also read the chapter in the user guide: http://help.madrix.com/hidd_preferences_patch.html
Later, when you want to control each section with different colors, use the "Mapping" function. More details are explained here: http://help.madrix.com/hidd_map_dialog.html

yes it helped alot but i have another question about the matrix.
don't i have to set the matrix in order to set the patch?
or just forget about the matrix, and just goto patch and patch all 5 section?
and after the patch, if i put i images does 5section put out images as one?

Yes, correct! You don't need the Matrix Generator when using the Patch. Just go to the Patch and include all 5 sections.
In the Patch, make sure to go also to "Edit" -> "Patch Size" and set up the maximum size of your Patch. This should include all you fixtures.
And yes, images will be put out as one after the Patch. If you want to have 5 different images, use the Mapping feature as explained above.

i did everthing but i still don't get any images .
i try mapping and i only get imagies on first ten bars wich is universe 1.
i have attached the drawings of my wiring diagrams.
and i don't know if my set up is snake or something else. i try aaverthing on matrix. please help me
how do i attach the images?
