Speed Variation With Live MIDI Control
Relatively new to Madrix —
I'm trying to set up a MIDI map to achieve an effect I need to do in a live setting. I'd like for one specific storage place (Bank B 241:22) to speed up and freeze based on a MIDI fader that's being controlled in a live setting. I don't know if this is possible?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance

Re: Speed Variation With Live MIDI Control
Hello mccormick_lumena,
Welcome to the MADRIX forum.
It is possible to control all 'global' parameters remotely via MIDI, but you can't control each effect parameter remotely.
According to your explanation, the easiest way would be to work with the Speed Master of the desired Deck. You would be able to modify the speed of the effect, freeze it if the value is set to 0.0 or trigger the Pause option.
To assign the Speed Master please use: "+ > Deck A or Deck B > Speed Master" during the configuration in the MIDI Remote Editor.
