Aura won't play past a certain point
Hi,
I am using an Aura 12 with a nebula to play some scenes and while the nebula will play what i have on madrix for testing, the aura recordings are not working. I am recording with universes 1-3 and 7-10 and with 2 different kinds of tape. The nebula is properly configured with the correct universes and IC chip config. I have a logfile saved and tried to upload it but it said the file type is wrong (.log) but can email it upon request.
I tried using a different Aura and had the same problem. Tape is fine since everything plays fine without aura. Not sure if Aura is the problem or my recordings.

Re: Aura won't play past a certain point
The issue could be in the Aura’s configuration or recording settings rather than the hardware itself, especially as different Aura units show the same behavior. You could try rechecking the Aura's universe mapping or recording settings.

Re: Aura won't play past a certain point
If the Nebula is functioning as expected with direct Madrix input but not with the Aura recordings, the issue might lie within the recording process or setup in Aura. Ensure that your recordings in Aura match the universes and IC chip configurations set on the Nebula
