Artnet with Soundlights SlesaIp?
Hallo everbody
I have an Soundlight Interface "Slesa IP" from soundlight.
Can I use this interface with Madrix in combination with ArtNet?
I have connect this interface in my network and select my IP-Address to 2.x.x.x network and starting Madrix. But Madrix don't found it. I test it with "sendping" on the Artnet window and with "refresh device" but I don't see it in the devicelist.
Can anyone help me?

Hello fred,
.
yes you can use the Soundlight SLESA-IP or the SLESA-IP1 from SUNLITE. You must switch this Slesa-IP in to the ArtNet mode. Press the third button (NOT the plus or minus button) hold this button. Hold this button and plugin in a power supply. Hold for about 10 seconds. After this action the Slesa-IP is in the ArtNet mode.
.
If you repeat this procedure the Slesa-IP interface is in the original/default state.
.
If the Slesa-IP interface is in the ArtNet mode your computer/network card and your interface must be in the same network mask. That means your network card must be in 2.x.x.x and the Slesa-IP in 2.x.x.x.
.
If you look inside logfile (Start MADRIX, go to PREFERENCES and then LOGFILE) you will see the polling answers of any ArtNet interface.
.
If a firewall is installed, you can test the firewall:
You need a second pc with MADRIX inside this network mask. You can see the polling reply of the first PC/MADRIX on the second pc also in the logfile.
.
I hope that solve your problem!
