MADRIX hardware keys disappear
Hi,
Should the 3.1a issue address the MADRIX key issue? I've had that affect a few of my installations.
I didn't see it mentioned in the release notes. Can you think if a fix? Would a USB2 hub fix it?

The MADRIX Key issue belongs to a combination of USB3.0 ports and the MADRIX Key. In case it happens, the MADRIX software lost the license because the MADRIX Key is no more recognized by the system. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the Key is not able to tell us so far (after testing a sample pc by us) whats wrong.

Btw, because of known issues with USB3.0 the MADRIX system requirements are still USB2.0. But we know this is more and more complicated because new hardware mostly have no more USB2.0.

- Sometimes the use of a different USB3.0 Port solves the issue.
- The issue did not exists with USB2.0 ports.
- Sometimes the use of a USB2.0 Hub on a USB3.0 port solves the issue.

However, the MADRIX 3.1a version includes the 3.1 hot fix on a more detailed level, which keeps the security for us and the reliability for the customer.
