[SOLVED] Art-Net 2 Unicast Remote

I am currently experimenting some network interconnections between grandMA2 onPC v3.0.0.4 and MADRIX v3.2.

My setup:

grandMA2 onPC v3.0.0.4:

• [Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit PC]
• [single NIC but with 2 IP addresses]
• [192.168.0.56 / 255.255.255.0 for MA-Net2]
• [2.168.0.56 / 255.0.0.0 for Art-Net]

MADRIX 3.2:

• [Win 8.1 Professional 64-bit PC]
• [two NICs: one used only for Internet access and the other one dedicated to lighting]
• [NIC#2: 192.168.0.150 / 255.255.255.0 for MA-Net2]
• [NIC#2: 2.168.0.150 / 255.0.0.0 for Art-Net]

I am able to control MADRIX with grandMA2 by the mean of both Art-Net and sACN. Based on advice of Guertler it is better to use unicast in order to generate less traffic. sACN is multicast only. Art-Net 1 is multicast only. Art-Net 2 is either multicast or unicast.

I am using ArtNetominator software in order to spy the Art-Net packets coming from grandma onPC. I can see packets when configuring grandma2 onPC in both Art-Net 1 and Art-Net 2 modes. MADRIX is configured to listen only packets coming from 2.168.0.56. It works well in Art-Net 1 mode. When configuring grandma2 onPC in Art-Net 2 mode nothing happens in MADRIX!?

Why ArtNetominator “sees” packets in Art-Net 2 mode but not MADRIX? May I configure the destination IP address in grandMA2 software? I do not see any configuration option. Or may I configure differently MADRIX?

Please try to receive the Artnet date in "Receive From All Addresses And Universes" mode in MADRIX and send in Art-Net 2 mode in the grandMA. Can you receive the data?
Also please double check the network connection. Please make sure that the cable which is plugged in the Art-Net network interface card of the grandMA2 on PC computer is plugged at the Art-Net network interface card of the MADRIX PC.

I have checked both with:

• "Receive Direct" ("Receive Only From Address 2.168.0.56 And Universe 0x0")
• "Receive Broadcast" ("Receive From All Addresses And Universe 0x0")

The result is the same:

• Art-Net 1 works perfectly and can be seen from both ArtNetominator and MADRIX.
• Art-Net 2 does not work and can be seen only from ArtNetominator.

NIC of grandMA2 onPC and of MADRIX computers are 1000BASE-T type and brand new Cat. 6 cabel is correctly plugged between them.

It strange, these two log extracts look similar...

[UPDATE #2 - ANSWER]

I have to close ArtNetominator and to run only MADRIX. I think it is because Art-Net 2 protocol is running in Unicast mode and ArtNetominator monopolizes the communication link.

I no longer get these log messages:
