Madrix Crashes using Artnet Timecode
Hi,
I have a 6000 node show that is constantly crashing with Madrix. I've never had such problems in the past but this show is constantly crashing and we are under serious pressure from the client to clean it up.
I have show files to send, but I desperately need some guidance on why the program is so unstable. I've not had it run for more than a few hours at most (and generally less than an hour) before some kind of error crashes the system.
I'm running Madrix 3.4a on Windows 8.1 and streaming kinet to a CK product.
Please let me know how to proceed with receiving support on this.

For an exact analysis of this problem we need some more information.

Can you please send us the MADRIX setup and logfile via e-mail to info[at]madrix[dot]com?
To save the logfile please go in MADRIX to "Tools > Logfile", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the Logfile.
To save the Setup go to "File > Save Setup as..." and enter a name.
