Madrix keeps dropping licence USB key
Hi There,
I run madrix in a live show environment and have recently just set up a large LED structure that is being power via Art-Net and Madrix.
it uses 42 universes of data and i've mapped the structure on the patch editor.
my probably is that i'm struggling to run the program longer then an hour or so without the 64universe licence USB key dropping off and the program reverting to demo mode. Which i'm sure you can understand is very bad for a live show environment.
at the moment a restart of the program fixes the problem...but as i said..live show environment - not good.
I've tried multiple USB inputs on the PC i'm running,
tried restarting machine repeatedly,
limited virtual universes and pixel space in order to not save system resources.
any tips or fixes would be grand..
Cheers, =)
