RGBW fixture

Hi !
i have some RGBW fixtures, " Magic Dot "
they works wery well but the white led dosen't work.

what can i do to recover it ?

When you have patched a RGBW fixture in MADRIX and you can not control the white color please have a look to the "Patch Editor" and open the "Matrix Size" window. In this window you will find the option "Color Depth". This must be set to 4.
