Re: Fountain lightd
HI Guertler,
Thanks again
1) We have VLC and WINAMP player but that didnt have SMPTE time code signal. Do you know any player which do that perfectly with madrix?
2) When i connect speakers ( Which is outside of the cabin, in which neo/laptop is installed ) on my laptop in which madrix is installed, music turns ON with speakers but the Lights didnt glow up.
and when i disconnect the outside speakers from my laptop and play songs with the laptop speakers , light works perfectly.
What i need to do for this?
Thanks again

Hello naresh,
.
Regarding the SMPTE Audio Player I can not give you a recommendation. But I think you will find some solutions when you search for "SMPTE Audio Player" in the internet.
.
When you want to use the audio analysis in MADRIX, you must make sure that the correct Audio Input is selected.
If you playback the music from the same PC where MADRIX is running, we recommend to use the "Stereomix" which will be provided from the Soundcard.
Under the following link you can learn more about the "Audio Input Configuration" in MADRIX:

Hi Guertler,
When we start the madrix and connect the audio jack to my CPU,audio is starts directly through player and in madrix device manager it is showing that no audio capture device were found.

Re: Fountain lightd
Hello naresh,
Do you play the audio signal with an audioplayer at the same PC or do you playback the audio with an external audioplayer and connect the PC and the player via cable?
If you using one and the same PC for playback the audio and MADRIX, you have to make sure that the soundcard provides a stereo mix as input device. In some cases you have to activate the stereo mix in the sound settings of Windows.
If you are using an external player, please make sure that the PC is receiving the audio signal at the input source and and the input source is activated. You can check it in the the sound settings of Windows.

Hi Guertler,We enable the stereo sound but still music is playing from player and speakers and not responding on madrix.

Hello naresh,
Can you please check if 'Stereo Mix' is selected in the 'MADRIX Software > menu Preferences > Device Manager... > Audio Input'?
Thank you.
