Madrix 3.6b Lagging ArtNet
Hi folks,
Having a strange issue with ArtNet output on Madrix 3.6b on a Windows 7 machine. Show has been running for two years with no network issues and after a successful test earlier this month, suddenly started lagging ArtNet to one of the 79 devices on Friday. The other devices respond normally and the lagging device pings normally >1ms. Client tells me they've replaced the device itself, along with the network cable and switch without the resolving the problem. Has anyone had any issue similar to this or have any suggestions on what to try?

Welcome to the MADRIX forum
Can you please send us the used MADRIX setup and a MADRIX logfile via e-mail to info[at]madrix[dot]com?
To save the Setup go to "File > Save Setup as..." and enter a name.
In MADRIX, go to "Tools > Logfile", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the Logfile.
Please tell use also have you changed some settings on the PC? Maybe installed an additional network cardor enabled another network card?
Have you updated your windows system recently?
What kind of network switch and Art-Net nodes do you use?

Hi, sorry, happy to report that the problem was not Madrix based. The client confirmed to me yesterday that the problem was actually a bad ArtNet pixel driver. Apparently they had a bad batch of them from a supplier so when they kept swapping drivers the problem persisted, but when they went to a spare driver they received last year, the problem resolved.
