Hue Bridge - 0 Lights Connected

Post by FreeTacoz »

Hello,
I followed the tutorial for connecting Hue lamps and got the bridge to authenticate. Now the Device Manager says 0 Lights are connected. I am able to see the lamps using dmx-hue and the Hue app. Any ideas?

Hello FreeTacoz,
Welcome to the MADRIX forum.

When MADRIX is authorized at the Hue Bride you should be able to control all Hue Lamps which are connected to this bridge because MADRIX will only communicate with the bridge. The bridge will transfere the data to the connected and corresponding lamp.

- Can you control the lamps with the Hue App by your phone?
- Can you please send us a MADRIX logfile after you found the Hue Bridge in the "DMX Devices" tab via e-mail to info[at]madrix[dot]com?
To save the logfile please go in MADRIX to "Tools > Logfile", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the Logfile.

Thank you for sending the logfile!
We have received it.

We'll continue to troubleshoot and communicate over e-mail.
Thank you very much.
