Send Art-Net Universe to Multiple Controllers

I have two Advatek controllers that I would like to mirror each-other.
What is the best way to send one Madrix universe to both controllers?
I figure it has something to do with broadcast but I have never done that before.

Secondly, is it possible/reasonable to send some universes as broadcast & others as unicast?

Hi jholmes,

1) In MADRIX 5 please select "Preferences" > "Device Manager..." > "Art-Net". Now press the magnifier button on the left bottom corner to find your connected interfaces.
2) Now switch to the "DMX Devices" tab in the "Device Manager". In the next step select the desired interfaces and edit the column "Universe" by double-clicking it. In your case type in "1" for both interfaces (please see the attached screenshot).

Now both interfaces will receive the same DMX Universe.

- Yes, this is possible. In your case I recommend to use Unicast and apply the above mentioned work flow.
