Video Capture Cards
Hello,
I've been looking for a reliable video capture card to grab live hd video feeds to interface with Madrix in a permanent museum application.
Does anybody have a suggestion?
it needs to be bullet-proof professional grade with a good warranty.
thanks for any advice.

Re: Video Capture Cards
Declink from Black Magic,
but you are sure you want to handle HD with MADRIX?
What kind of Output?
Just DVI on a projector?
DVI on LED?
The MADRIX ultimate support a dvi resolution up to 1280x1024 pixel, but this is only a theoretical limit which realy depends on the used hardware and what kind of effects you have in mind to use.

LEDs are nothing without control

Re: Video Capture Cards
thanks for the link -- i'll check it out.
Our output resolution is not huge, but at this point I'm not sure what my source signal is going to be -- I'd like to be prepared for both the high and low ends.
The output is a colorkinetics iColor Flex LMX matrix.
