Madrix with Wysiwyg r22

Hi There,

I'm experianceing some problems with linking Madrix Basic with Wysiwyg R22.

Afther installing the Driver, Madrix doesn'r apear in the console list in Wysiwyg.

I think the driver is active, because the icon apears in the taskbar. The port on the computer running in wysiwyg and the computer running madrix is the same.

When the icon is active on the pc running wysiwyg, i can also see it in the visualizer tab in the devicemanager from madrix.



Can someone tell me how to fix this problem.

i am not sure if it is allready possible with R22 to connect with MADRIX. Maybe R23 is at least necessary. On Monday i can ask my college which have done this for MADRIX.

I followed the manual step by step, that didn't do the trick. Maybe it's only from R23

good and bad news.
My college means MADRIX works with R22 but you need one aditonal file from CAST (the manufactor of WYSIWYG) which you have to copy to your WYSIWYG directorie, so the WYSIWYG software offer MADRIX for you.
.
We finished the WYSIWYG support not so far away (in 2009) therefor R22 do not know about MADRIX and therefor you need this extra file from CAST.
